The Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) is a New York State Medicaid program that lets you choose and direct your own caregiver including certain family members or trusted friends.

As the consumer, you recruit, train, schedule, and supervise your own caregiver with full support from United Quality every step of the way.
